چکیده :
In this paper, a log-periodic dipole array (LPDA) antenna for high-band 5G and millimeter-wave dual-band applications is presented. This antenna is analyzed based on the MXene and copper patches. Due to employing an array with different lengths, it covers a wide frequency range, which has a superior advantage over other works. Large lengths cover low frequencies and small lengths cover high frequencies. MXene with lower size and cost, gave common results with copper for this structure and frequency range, and MXene has higher efficiency. Finally, bandwidth ranges for S_11<-10 dB are 18.4% (23-27.65 GHz) and 34% (28.4-40 GHz). The maximum gain of the antenna is 8.93 dBi and it has a very low side lobe level (SLL). High gain and low SLL are also advantages of this antenna. Also, total efficiency between 87.5 to 99.6 % is obtained.
