چکیده :
In this paper, we study an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle-assisted (UAV) cognitive Device-to-Device (D2D) communication-based Disaster Response Network (DRN) where cellular and D2D users act as primary user (PU) and secondary user (SU), respectively. In the proposed model, transmission between the PUs and UAV can be stablished in two phases. At the first phase, PU can directly communicate with the UAV, and at the second phase an idle device cooperates in transmission and relay the received signal from the PU to the UAV. The mobility of the UAV is also considered and two scenarios named mobile UAV and static UAV are studied. Finally, successful transmission probabilities (STP) of the primary and secondary users are calculated and sum-rate of the proposed strategy is evaluated for both scenarios. Simulation results show that the mobile scenario improves the performance of the investigated model.
