چکیده :
One of the current topics is the design of temperature-sensitive tunable nanoantennas. Nanoantennas could be employed in communication, optical switches, and energy harvesters. However, it remains a challenge how to obtain nanoantenna tunability while retaining the original resonance performance. This work proposes a tunable near infrared range (NIR) nanoantenna based on GST phase change material substrate that could maintain original resonances as temperature increases. At 260 °c temperature (0.5 crystalline fraction), this structure achieves a deep notch at 1.55 μm/193.41 THz. Temperature-sensitive nanoantenna characteristics include S11 dB, which shifts to lower frequencies as temperature rises. The maximum deep notch value for 0.5 crystalline fraction value is -53 dB at 1.55 μm/193.41 THz. Moreover, the resonance position always covers from 1.35 μm to 1.78 μm thanks to increase in temperature. Therefore, this proposed temperature sensitive tunable nanoantenna realizes resonance in a wide range between 1350 nm and 1780 nm. This proposed nanoantenna can be applied to crystallinity and temperature sensing applications
