Tumor-treating fields orientation effects on breast cancer cells in vitro

چکیده :
TTFields employ low-intensity alternating electric fields to disrupt the proliferation of cancer cells, making it a promising therapeutic method. In this paper, first, we simulated the intracellular electric field distribution during mitosis. Then, we designed and demonstrated a setup with four electrodes to investigate the effects of TTFields orientation on cancer cells. Last, we performed experiments to .validate the reduced proliferation rate of cancer cells
