چکیده :
The study investigates the validity and reliability of the features extracted by a 5R vertical robot for arm motion and learning assessment. It involves three types of tasks and a total of 30 participants with mean age of 27±3.29. The results provide valuable insights into the reliability and effectiveness of the robot in assessing and improving upper limb motor function. The study's findings demonstrate that specific kinematic parameters are trustworthy and consistent indicators in the assessment of upper limb movement efficacy during a reaching task. Additionally, the study establishes that these parameters are appropriate indicators in investigating the learning rate in a reaching task among individuals without health complications, allowing for comparison with upper limb impairments in individuals affected by distinct pathologies. The limitations of the study include a limited number of participants, resulting in low willingness among healthy adults to participate in the study.
