چکیده :
The synchronization of biological neurons plays a crucial role in processing and transmitting biological information and treatments. In this article, the main aim is to control the synchronization of a minimal neural network in a biological structure close to reality. The HMR model is chosen as the basic model after investigation of various neuron models. The effect of electrical autapse in the basic model is essential as shown by simulation. The error dynamics are calculated to achieve synchronization, and practically system is converted into an error or stabilization problem. A Lyapunov stability analysis is proposed to design a control system for neural network synchronization considering the autapse effect. The desired synchronization has been achieved by applying the control input while considering terms of biological details for a minimal neural network. Practically, these cases can directly assist the therapist in applying the appropriate control signal to achieve the desired dynamic and therapeutic behavior in the neural network.
