Sensitivity Analysis of Power Production and Efficiency in Shahid Mofateh Hamedan Power Plant: A Comparative Study of Operational Indicators

چکیده :
The aging of thermal power plants, the lack of precise monitoring of power plant operations, and, at times, the sole prioritizing of generation capacity in thermal power plants have brought about significant noticeable changes in their operational conditions over time. In this regard, one of the points of view that can evaluate the operational status of a thermal power plant is to identify and examine the operation indicators of that power plant and calculate the sensitivity of production power and efficiency to these indicators. In determining the reference indicators at the Shahid Mofateh power plant, first, the power plant operation indicators are identified based on the design documents or the initial operation of the power plant; in a field operation program in the power plant, the values of the relevant indicators have been collected or measured. Analyzing the differences created in the indicators compared to the design conditions, using the modeling tools of Thermoflow software, prioritizing the indicators, and taking into account some assumptions have led to the determination of new reference indicators in the Shahid Mofateh power plant.
