چکیده :
In this article, according to the location of electric vehicle charging stations, the best points for installing distributed generation (DG) and optimal routing for installing candidate feeders are determined using genetic algorithm in the network. After that, the uncertainty of electric vehicle energy consumption is modeled by generating scenarios randomly. Based on the fixed and moving loads of the network, the best production capacity for DGs is determined using the GA algorithm. The main goals are to minimize investment and operational costs and increase reliability and reduce network losses. Improved reliability is achieved by implementing a reward-penalty scheme. According to the scenarios created, planning is done for the scenarios that are more likely to occur in the network. For scenarios with less probability, modeling of the risk problem is done with the aim of maximizing the profit of the distribution company resulting from the sale of electricity to electric vehicles. The problem-solving framework is developed using mixed integer linear programming (MILP) and tested on an IEEE-33 bus distribution network.
