Dynamic Signal Recovery with Compressed Delayed Measurements

چکیده :
Compressive sensing (CS) theory is a promising alternative to traditional sampling theory as it allows for the recovery of a sparse signal from relatively fewer measurements. Recently, dynamic recursive sparse recovery (or dynamic recursive CS) has received a lot of attention in several applications. However, the performance of dynamic CS techniques is dependent on regular measurement availability. In practice, the data processing center may receive delayed measurements due to impairments in the underlying communication network. In this letter, we propose a modified CS approach that incorporates the delayed measurements in the dynamic CS process using a dynamic model for the underlying sparse signal. Then, we quantify the error in the estimated signal based on the errors/uncertainties in the dynamic model. Finally, we present simulation results to highlight the efficiency of the proposed algorithm in the presence of random measurement delays.
