چکیده :
In this study, we utilize Density Functional Theory (DFT) to explore the impact of compressive strain and strain-free conditions on perovskite layers, analyzing their electronic and optical properties. Additionally, we conduct numerical simulations to assess solar cells employing these layers in both normal and inverted structures. Our findings reveal that compressive strain improves photovoltaic cell performance and power conversion efficiency (PCE) across both structure types. We present detailed simulation results offering insights for designing high-efficiency solar cells, referencing experimental studies.
