Floquet model of spatiotemporally modulated graphene-based structures

چکیده :
an accurate model based on Floquet-Bloch theory is developed to analyze periodically modulated graphene-based waveguides in time and space. This model is applied to a typical spatiotemporally modulated graphene-based waveguide to exhibit its effects such as directional mode conversion and power exchange between modes. It reveals the nonreciprocal response of spatiotemporally modulated structures. This analytical model is general and can be used for any spatiotemporal modulated graphene-based waveguide.
