چکیده :
This paper presents the design and simulation of a charge-sampling phase-locked loop (PLL) topology operating at 19.8 GHz frequency. The proposed PLL utilizes frequency multipliers to target the millimeter-wave frequency range. The topology achieves a phase noise of -106 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz offset from 19.8 GHz frequency, with a power consumption of 9 mW. The charge-sampling PLL is designed and simulated using 65 nm CMOS technology. This design is suitable for high-frequency mm-wave PLLs, offering low in-band phase noise.
