Full Soft Switching Interleaved High Voltage Gain Converter For Renewable Energy Systems

چکیده :
High voltage gain converters are widely used between renewable energy resources and grid in renewable energy systems. Size, elements count, cost, input current ripple, and losses of such converters are desired to be low. To address these requirements, this article presents a novel high voltage gain interleaved converter with full soft switching operation which uses a few auxiliary elements. The auxiliary circuit in addition to providing soft switching function for all the components, contributes to enhancing the converter voltage gain. Furthermore, by exploiting interleaving technique, input current ripple is decreased in this converter. Besides, automatic current sharing between two interleaved phases is established. The operation principles as well as the simulation analysis results of the converter are presented. Moreover, to show the effectiveness of the proposed converter, a comparison between the introduced converter and some recently presented counterparts is provided.
