چکیده :
The BRATS segmentation of MRI has attracted attention due to its practicality for directing the treatment of patients and pre diagnosing glioma tumors. However, this phenomenon faces with crucial challenges, i.e., contamination of MRI with abnormal noises, misleading the evaluation for accurate segmentation. Thereby, a fuzzy c-means structure is integrated with the transfer learning method to mitigate the disruptive impact of noise via proper feature extraction. Doing so, the results are compared with current practices surrounds BRATS segmentation to illuminate the contribution of the proposed method.
