چکیده :
This paper presents a thermally reconfigurable near-infrared (NIR) nanoantenna that utilizes the phase-transition characteristics of a Ge2Sb2Te5 (GST) substrate to achieve tunable resonance behavior. By controlling the crystalline fraction of GST through temperature variation, the antenna exhibits a stable resonance notch while enabling continuous redshift tuning of its spectral response. For a crystalline fraction of 0.5 (260◦C), the structure produces a −53 dB resonance at 1.55 μm, and the operational wavelength shifts across 1.35–1.78 μm as crystallinity increases. The design relies on FEM simulations incorporating temperature-dependent dielectric properties derived from effective medium theory. The results confirm that GST-based substrates offer an efficient platform for dynamic thermal control, making the proposed nanoantenna a candidate for sensing and tunable NIR photonic components.
