Formation Control of Aircrafts using fuzzy Longitudinal Control with NSGA-II Optimization Method

چکیده :
In many modern aircraft, control allocation algorithms represent one of the effective methods for performing maneuvers, reducing energy consumption for specific operations, compensating for actuator faults, enhancing reliability, preventing saturation of actuators, and more. In fact, control allocation involves assigning the required control signals among various actuators, including aerodynamic actuators. This paper focuses on the application of fuzzy control allocation among aerodynamic actuators to control the longitudinal behavior of an aircraft, aiming to reduce its altitude for positioning it at a specific altitude and then executing coordinated maneuvers. By utilizing fuzzy controllers, optimizing controller parameters using a genetic algorithm based on the NSGA-II method, and allocating control signals among elevator and aileron actuators, the Extra EA-300 aircraft can be guided to a specific altitude with desirable stability and relatively low control effort, enabling the execution of coordinated maneuvers at that altitude. The results indicate that the fuzzy control allocation approach provides high precision in the automatic landing control of the aircraft to a specific altitude. Ultimately, it creates favorable conditions and good stability for the execution of the second phase of the mission—performing coordinated maneuvers with multiple aircraft.
