چکیده :

This paper addresses a microgrid integrating renewable energy sources, an energy storage system, and an electric vehicle parking lot. A stochastic optimization approach with chance constraints is proposed to manage uncertainties in load demand, EVPL behavior, and wind generation simultaneously. By employing chance constraints alongside predictive control, the framework ensures reliable operation under uncertainty while avoiding the excessive conservatism associated with classical robust methods. The energy storage system mitigates mismatches between supply and demand, reduces operational costs, and enhances overall system flexibility. In addition, the model explicitly incorporates CO₂ emission reduction as an optimization objective. Simulation results demonstrate that coordinated utilization of flexible resources within the pro-posed probabilistic framework improves reliability and cost efficiency, highlighting its effectiveness as a scalable tool for microgrid management.
