چکیده :
One of the most important challenges about Electric Vehicles(EVs) is the proper placement of vehicle charging stations. Optimal placement depends on economic and technical aspects. In this paper, an analytical approach is proposed for evaluating the technical effect of the charging stations location. In this approach, the share of each charging stations location on each line flow is analytically determined using structural decomposition technique. This approach helps to analysis the charging stations allocation effects on the congestion management. The proposed method is simulated on the IEEE 24-bus test network and the results are presented and analyzed. The simulation results show the efficiency of the proposed approach.
