Multi-Octave Continuous Mode Power Amplifier with More Than 46 dBm Peak Output Power

چکیده :
This paper presents the design, implementation and measurement result of a broadband continuous mode power amplifier, that work at 0.4~2.1 GHz frequency band. This power amplifier is designed and simulated using the nonlinear model of CG2H40035F device from Wolfspeed. The measurement results confirm the achievement of a maximum power added efficiency of 67% and a power gain of more than 12 dB within the target bandwidth.
