چکیده :
This paper proposes a family of soft-switched, single-switch switched-resonator converters suitable for non-isolated DC-DC applications. The proposed converters utilize a minimal number of components, including a single switch, which enhances power density and reduces cost. Zero voltage switching (ZVS) is achieved for the switch during both turn-on and turn-off through a resonant process, eliminating switching and capacitive turn-on losses without requiring an auxiliary circuit. Additionally, the diodes turn off under zero current switching (ZCS), effectively mitigating the reverse recovery problem. Ensuring soft-switching conditions for all semiconductor components significantly improves the efficiency of the proposed converters. Furthermore, the presence of a common ground between the input and output terminals enhances their applicability and simplifies the control circuit. To validate the performance of the proposed topologies, a 100-W high step-up laboratory prototype is implemented. A loss breakdown analysis of the high step-up converter closely aligns with the experimental results, which demonstrate an efficiency of 95.4% at full load.
