چکیده :
Dopamine (DA) plays an essential role in the central nervous system, influencing movement, emotion, and cognition. Disruptions in dopamine signaling can lead to conditions such as Parkinson's disease, schizophrenia, and depression. In this study a tip tapered fiber optic sensor based on local surface plasmon (LSPR) for measuring dopamine concentration using a specific DNA aptamer as a bioreceptors was presented. The tapered fiber was fabricated based on chemical etching and gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) were used to exciting the LSPR. Changing the surrounding refractive index (RI) leads changing the LSPR wavelength. The RI sensitivity sensor in range 1.333 RIU to 1.362 RIU was obtained 1296.60 nm/RIU. The sensitivity sensor to DA detection in range 1 fM to 0.1µM was measured and limit of detection sensor was obtained 100 pM.
