Establishment of a Virtual Power Plant in Grid for Maximizing Producers' Profits and Minimizing Pollutant Emissions and Investment Costs

چکیده :
Increasing population and air pollution in countries has increased the need to establish renewable power plants. Renewable power plants, especially solar and wind power plants, are usually not able to compete in the electricity market and receive low profits because they produce less power than other power plants. This problem has been solved by virtual power plants, and small power plants can easily participate in the electricity market and receive high profits. In this paper, it is assumed that there is a virtual power plant consisting of several power plants in the grid and the goal is to create a renewable virtual power plant in the grid that can compensate for the network power shortage. In addition to balancing power in the grid, maximize producers' profits and minimize pollutant emissions and investment costs. For this purpose, 3 different scenarios are considered on this grid and optimization problems are solved centrally. The result is that a renewable virtual power plant can be established at the lowest cost, which both minimizes pollutant emissions and investment costs, and maximizes producers' profits.
