چکیده :
Resonant converters are utilized in industrial applications that prioritize power density and high efficiency. Among these converters, the three-phase LLC (TPLLC) resonant converter distinguishes itself with its remarkable attributes, encompassing high power density, low output current ripple, low conduction loss, and high efficiency. Just like the single-phase LLC (SPLLC) resonant converter, the frequency modulation technique is widely employed to control the output voltage in the TPLLC converter However, using this converter in applications with broad input or output voltage ranges presents challenges in the design of magnetic components and gate drive circuits. To address these challenges, this article proposes a solution that combines magnetizing inductance control with frequency modulation. This combined approach enables achieving a broad range of voltage gain with minimal variations in switching frequency (fsw). Additionally, due to the significant number of semiconductor elements in the TPLLC converter structure, controlling the magnetizing inductance can partially reduce circulating current, leading to lower conduction loss. This converter design is well-suited for applications that require extensive input or output voltage ranges, with adjustable input voltages ranging from 200V to 400V and output voltages ranging from 200V to 450V. Simulation results are also provided to validate the effectiveness of the proposed control method.
