چکیده :
The rapid growth of cloud computing services has intensified the need for accurate and reliable frameworks to evaluate and rank cloud service providers. Previous studies have predominantly focused on technical performance indicators or self-reported assessments, paying limited attention to metrics derived from actual user behavior and market interactions. This limitation may lead to inconsistencies between evaluated service quality and the true market position of cloud providers. To address this gap, this study proposes a hybrid evaluation framework that integrates web traffic data (Tranco rankings) as a complementary indicator alongside conventional cloud performance metrics. By jointly considering technical performance and behavioral indicators, this framework provides a more comprehensive model for explaining both service quality and market popularity. The results demonstrate a positive and statistically significant relationship between cloud service quality and web-based interaction metrics, indicating that providers with higher performance levels tend to exhibit greater user engagement. Comparative analysis with conventional evaluation approaches reveals that the proposed framework offers superior explanatory power in reflecting the actual market position of cloud service providers. Consequently, this framework can serve as an effective complementary tool for evaluation, benchmarking, and strategic decision-making in the cloud computing market.
