چکیده :
This work presents an antenna based on two materials MXene and graphene, for 5th generation (5G) and 6th generation (6G) communications, and then compares them in terms of antenna parameters. Due to the need for a wide bandwidth, the antenna structure has been selected as a log-periodic dipole array (LPDA) that large lengths cover low frequencies and small lengths cover high frequencies. This antenna is ultra wideband (UWB) that bandwidth ranges for S_11<-10 dB is 123% (28-117.5 GHz). The maximum gain of the MXene antenna in 5G, is 9.1 dBi and in 6G is 7.36 dBi. It can be seen that MXene has 3 dB more gain and between (20-50%) more total efficiency than the grapheme structure. Also, an analysis of the effect of antenna parameters on efficiency, gain and bandwidth.
