چکیده :
Abstract— There are numerous industrial applications for dielectric barrier discharge under atmospheric pressure and much academic research on this subject is ongoing. In the first place, it is an important parameter to compare the performance characteristics of different types of actuators. Secondly, in the practical implementations of flow control systems, the energy consumption data of the drive is needed to analyze the cost and benefit of the system. Thirdly, consumed electrical data is required to design an efficient and lightweight high voltage power supply. The two methods of measuring power are the electric current method and the electric load method. This article describes a technique for measurement by electrical charge method and provides an overview on the electrical properties of dielectrically barrier discharges into DBD plasma
