Investigation of Cross-coupling Effects on Grid-connected Inverters with LCL Filter Based on RGA Analysis

چکیده :
The current controller of a grid-connected inverter can be designed in the synchronous or stationary reference frames. Controlling a grid-connected inverter with an LCL filter in the synchronous reference frame creates some challenges, like cross-coupling between the d and q axes. In multi-input multi-output (MIMO) systems, the relative gain array (RGA) is an effective way to investigate the cross-coupling between two axes. To compensate for the adverse effects of the coupling terms, the feedforward terms are utilized to attenuate the cross-coupling between control loops. Therefore, in this paper, we have investigated the effects of the coupling terms via RGA criteria, and then we have designed the PI controller. Finally, by comparison with the conventional methods, the performance of the presented method is verified in the MATLAB/Simulink software.
