چکیده :
In this paper, a new high step-up quasi-Z-source DC-DC converter is introduced using a buffer section and a switched capacitor cell. The buffer section and the switched capacitor are added to extend the basic quasi-Z-source DC-DC converter to achieve a higher voltage gain with a continuous input current with the same voltage stress on semiconductors and capacitors. The proposed converter constitutes one switch and 4 diodes, implying two more semiconductors compared to the basic quasi-Z-source DC-DC converter. The performance analysis, the steady state and theoretical equations, and the comparison and components design are derived and verified by simulation waveforms. The components are designed for a 400W converter power, and the simulations are carried out in the PSIM software.
