Techno-Economic Planning of Vehicle-to-Grid enabled Charging Stations in Renewable-Energy Integrated Distribution Networks

چکیده :
The integration of Vehicle-to-Grid-enabled charging stations (V2G-CS), along with distributed generation (DG) units and energy storage systems (ESS), offers a substantial opportunity to enhance the techno-economic performance of modern distribution networks. This paper presents a comprehensive multi-objective optimization (MOO) framework for the coordinated planning of these resources, aiming to simultaneously improve both grid operational performance and economic efficiency. The proposed model minimizes active power losses, total voltage deviation, and overall operational costs, employing the bargaining method as a normalization technique to appropriately balance the conflicting objectives. A scenario-based optimization problem is formulated as a Mixed-Integer Nonlinear Programming (MINLP) model, in which wind speed, solar irradiation, and electrical demand are treated as uncertain parameters. The framework is validated on the IEEE 33-bus distribution network under three deployment scenarios. Simulation results indicate a 62.5% reduction in active power losses, a 29.9% decrease in operational costs, and a 28.1% improvement in voltage deviation compared with the base case. These findings highlight the effectiveness of the proposed approach and provide system operators with a practical tool to enhance both network stability and economic performance.
